This isn’t one of those books filled with theory. This is the story of how I lost 62lbs and 9 inches off my waist without being a weirdo freak that no one wanted to be around. This is my real life plan I started when I was 44 years old. This actually works and will work for anyone.
300ND is about losing weight. That’s it. Nothing more. It’s not about getting big and bulky or getting a ripped 6 pack or being some superhuman butt kicker. It’s about being healthy, fit, lean and ready to move. After you learn how to be 300ND fit, you can work on feats of strength, challenging yourself with 20x goals (like in Mark Divine’s SealFit and Unbeatable Mind) or other cool things. Trust me, you will want to do those other things because you are going to feel so good about yourself that you will want to show off for anyone willing to watch. And there will be plenty of people that want to watch you. Situps will become easy. You will be able to touch your toes again. And you will be able to work on those fitness tests that were popular when we were in high school – vertical jump, stretching, pull ups, push ups and much more.
At 45 years old, I am in the best shape of my life! And you will be too.
