Drug testing has become increasingly difficult to understand and accomplish, especially in California. Marijuana is now legal for recreational purposes here, following years of being available for medicinal purposes. So, human resource managers and supervisors are in a new world navigating reasonable suspicion statutes. We received many questions regarding new and challenging situations at a recent DOT reasonable suspicion training course.
