Starting Emergency Preparedness Audits and Inspections
Conducting an emergency prep inspection is a manageable process and each site’s audit can usually be accomplished in one visit. To start the process, we recommend collecting all site plans and copies of documents to provide to the consultant. After the initial review, the consultant will schedule on-site inspections to speak with key emergency team members and look at the physical site. Once the review and walk-through are complete, the consultant will compile findings into a written report, which will outline the gaps and steps needed to achieve your organizations preparedness goals.
